Rescheduling Services

Clients may reschedule any service engagement free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Rescheduling beyond this window may incur new scheduling terms.

Certain engagements, such as final bug resolution sessions delivered with completed source code or finalized deliverables, are not eligible for reimbursement once the service has commenced, due to resource allocation.
